The traditional celebration of the
67th Republic Day on our school campus on 26th January was a reaffirmation of
our commitment to fulfill our obligations to our dear motherland. The programme
was graced by the presence of the School Principal, Shri Sanjeev Kumar Sinha,
the Director, Shri A.K. Singh and all the teachers. The SIS staff performed a
customary parade after the tricolour was unfurled by the Chief Guest, Shri
Chandrasekhar Sinha The students were addressed by Shri Sinha, who was an eye-witness of the
Quit India Movement of 1942. The inspiring words of Shri Sinha had a strong
impact on the impressionable students. The function was concluded with
distribution of sweets among the participants.
